City of Tallinn has given the permission to build the business center called Fahle Park. The start of the construction is planned to march 2018, the construction of first part will be finished by the end of 2019. Planned building cost is 20 mln euros. The area of new buisiness center will be 21500 square meters, 8000 of which will take Eesti Meedia concern. Such media channels as Kanal 2, Postimees, kv.ee, city24.ee etc belong to Eesti Meedia concern.

Fahle Park is located near Tartu highway in front of Sikupilli Prisma.
